Actionable. Inspirational. Real. Steven draws on 10 years of experience as a marketer, community builder, entrepreneur, and writer to inspire and motivate you to shed groupthink and ignite real business results.
Delightful. Witty. Personable. Creative. Insightful.
Those five words show up most often in feedback I get after a marketing keynote speech.
Thank you for considering me as a keynote speaker for your conference.
The rest of this website is written in the third person (“Steven A. Rodriguez is a marketing keynote speaker, ESHIP ecosystem builder, and entrepreneur…”).
But I’m switching to the first-person narrative now so I can speak candidly with you, because this role requires dedication and focus.
I believe your conference or corporate event is also too important to offload.
What do attendees of your event want? They’ve come to you for news and inspiration and ideas and a view on how to advance the industry you serve. Oh, and they want to be entertained.
You: Seek the perfect keynote presenter who will speak to your audience’s specific pain points and unique challenges.
Live events are magical at the best of times. Organizers forget the immense effort and cost involved with putting on the experience if their attendees write rave reviews about their time at the conference. And if they like the speakers? That goes in the win column, too. That’s my job.
Me: YES! I want all that, too.
I want to be sure I am the best fit for your event or meeting, and I want to deliver the most effective keynote presentation I can to your company or group.
As a community builder, I am obsessed with making complex subjects simple to understand and accessible.
My role in your event is to mash the best of what I know against my research about your industry and conversations I have with your attendees, and turn it into something of value and action and fun. Look, I’m not a juggler or a magician but I am also not a stuffy suit. My job is to deliver value AND make you look good for hiring me.
I want your corporate audience to have fun, because I don’t believe that educational and fun are mutually exclusive.
Who YOU Might Be
Past clients have included the Global Entrepreneurship Network, World Bank, Colleges, and many more. I speak with small private groups as well as 3000-5000 people events. Contact me for more!
If this feels a little like a personal ad, that’s intentional: I want to be a partner in making your event the best version of itself it can possibly be. (As the best relationships do.)
